Job summary

Olin is seeking an ODMS & Training Coordinator to support LAO Maintenance at Plaquemine and St. Gabriel, providing administrative support and leading OMS implementation. The role focuses on training coordination and maintaining compliant documentation across two sites.

The position requires a high school diploma, 3+ years in manufacturing, and proficiency with the Saba LMS. TWIC and a US driver's license are required; sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of manufacturing environment experience.
• Competence in Learning Management System (Saba) utilization and related operating discipline preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a TWIC and possess a valid US Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operations.
• Lead and coordinate OMS implementation and maintenance efforts, including ODMS management and document control compliance.
• Manage and oversee the library implementer and ensure DMS compliance.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and administer the department training program, including onboarding and training records.
• Perform additional duties to support departmental objectives.
