Job summary

OXEA Corporation is seeking a Training Coordinator Lead to develop and govern standardized training, qualification, and competency programs across Production, Maintenance, and Laboratory. You will drive onboarding, SOP development, MOC-derived training, and ongoing program improvements to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency.

The role partners with department leaders and HR to support workforce development, progression, and competency management, while coordinating governance,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, operations, laboratory, training, or a related industrial environment.
• Experience coordinating, administering, or supporting employee training, qualification, onboarding, or competency development programs.
• Working knowledge of training records management, learning documentation, and compliance-related training requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and improves standardized training, qualification, and competency programs across Production, Maintenance, and Laboratory.
• Manages coaching and performance for Area Production Trainers with defined priorities and standards.
• Serves as the site training program owner with governance and process documentation.
• Maintains site policies and programs related to Operations and training.
• Coordinates annual procedure reviews and validates training materials for accuracy.
