• Prior Olin experience preferred.
• Must obtain a TWIC and have a valid US driver's license.
• Degree from an accredited school or equivalent program from an international university.
• Olin sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operations in Plaquemine and St. Gabriel.
• Lead and coordinate OMS implementation and maintenance, including ODMS management and document control.
• Maintain library compliance with Olin's Document Management System.
• Develop, implement, and administer the training program and records to ensure compliance.
• Perform additional duties to support department and organizational objectives.
