Job summary

Indiana University Indianapolis Campus Human Resources seeks an experienced HR professional to provide strategic guidance on salary administration, hiring, policy interpretation, and workforce planning. You will design recruiting strategies, coach leaders, and lead change initiatives across the university.

You will collaborate with COEs, ensure compliance with laws, and mentor junior colleagues while supporting academic and staff HR matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7 years of HR experience across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Utilize HR knowledge to provide strategic guidance on salary, hiring, policy issues, promotions and tenure.
• Develop and drive recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs.
• Coach leaders to improve leadership effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with HR COEs to implement university-wide initiatives and change management.
• Provide HR consulting to leaders and ensure policy compliance with laws.
