Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years delivering organizational or leadership development in a complex organization.
- Experience facilitating leadership or team development programs.
- Experience translating assessments into action and recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deliverables.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and executive-facing materials.
Responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and assess multitier leadership development programs.
- Partner with HR, Talent Management, and executives to shape content.
- Translate requests into clear development strategies and engagements.
- Create leadership toolkits, guides, and participant materials.
- Coordinate logistics, contracts, and vendor relationships for programs.
- Support change management initiatives and organizational effectiveness.
