Experience facilitating leadership or team development programs.
Experience supporting organization or team assessments and translating findings into action.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deliverables.
Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for executive materials.
bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

Design, cocreate, and deliver multitier leadership development programs.
Partner with internal leaders and external faculty to shape content.
Facilitate leadership sessions using case-based learning and applied scenarios.
Advise HR, Talent Management, and practice leaders on leadership gaps and programs.
