Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience including management.
• Experience executing targeted business plans around priorities and goals.
• Strong organization, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plans to achieve objectives in assigned areas.
• Lead direct and indirect field staffing, including recruitment, hiring, and training.
• Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic partners.
• Monitor performance and adjust strategies to meet conditions.
• Provide detailed sales forecasting and manage budget/resources.
