Specrum Comm Inc. seeks an OCM and Training Lead to maximize adoption of USSOCOM EKM capabilities. The role focuses on structured change management, training design, communications planning, and user enablement across KM tools and modernization initiatives.

The position emphasizes readiness assessments, tailored training pathways, and continuous improvement through end-user feedback and performance metrics, aligned with Joint KM guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in organizational change management, training, communications, and related fields.
• Prosci certification is required.
• Experience in federal or DoD environments preferred and strong knowledge of KM practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a role-based Train-the-Trainer and Change Champion program.
• Lead OCM strategy and training planning for initiatives and rollouts.
• Develop training programs, user guides, communications, and adoption resources.
• Conduct readiness and stakeholder analyses to reduce transition friction.
• Coordinate training for collaborative tools and KM processes.
• Contribute to communications campaigns and engagement efforts.
• Gather feedback and translate into improved workflows and materials.
• Ensure training activities align with governance and enterprise standards.
• Produce training materials, adoption metrics, and status reports.
