Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is expanding its Organizational Change Management (OCM) practice within Infrastructure Advisory. This role leads end-to-end pursuits, shaping solutions, and owning client relationships while guiding delivery partners to ensure outcomes align with client objectives.

The role emphasizes selling, scope and pricing, and maintaining executive credibility across a portfolio with long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a business/consulting environment.
• Demonstrated sales and pursuit success in shaping and winning consulting work.
• Experience advising VP- and C-level client stakeholders in complex environments.
• Experience in multidisciplinary teams spanning technology, operations, and business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Sell and shape the work end-to-end: build executive relationships, diagnose client needs, attach OCM to major pursuits, win in the room, and own commercial shaping.
• Govern quality and client satisfaction: oversee delivery, review work, mentor teams, protect scope and ensure value realization.
• Stay in the work where it matters: lead change strategy, define adoption KPIs, design and execute change programs, facilitate executive workshops.
• Partner on practice growth: develop reusable proposal language, pricing modules, and contribute to broader playbooks and communities of practice.
