• 6–8+ years supporting Organizational Change Management in large-scale transformations.
• Experience in program or project management environments and leading workstreams.
• Strong communications, stakeholder engagement, and training strategy execution.
• Experience conducting change impact and readiness assessments.
• Proven client-facing consulting experience with collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management activities across large-scale transformation programs.
• Partner with program management to align change strategies with goals and timelines.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communication and training strategies.
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to enable adoption.
• Identify risks and support mitigation strategies while ensuring client alignment.
• Lead project workstreams and contribute to program delivery and execution.
