Black & Veatch is seeking a Solutions Lead in Organizational Change Management to grow its OCM practice within Infrastructure Advisory. You will lead sell‑and‑shape efforts, craft winning proposals, and stay closely connected to client relationships across major accounts.

You will shape solutions, scope, and pricing while transitioning delivery to practitioners and remaining a trusted client contact to ensure successful outcomes.

Formación

• 10+ years of consulting experience in organizational change management.
• Demonstrated sales and pursuit success.
• Experience advising VP- and C-level client stakeholders.
• Familiarity with utilities systems (AMI, CIS, ADMS, DERMS, GIS, EAM/ERP).
• Experience in multidisciplinary teams spanning technology, operations and business transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree (business, tech or engineering) or equivalent work experience.
• Pre-employment onboarding requirements may apply.

Responsabilidades

• Sell and shape the work end to end, including scope, pricing, and delivery transitions.
• Own RFP/RFI responses from win themes to final submission, partnering with capture leads and pricing.
• Lead executive check‑ins and ensure client satisfaction and relationship health.
• Maintain a hands‑on stake on flagship accounts where strategic value is high.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to the growth of the practice.
• Ensure delivery quality and governance across engagements.
