Cynet Health is seeking a Project Coordinator for Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives. You will coordinate logistics, timelines, and resources across multiple sites, ensuring smooth messaging and materials for change programs.

Responsibilities include training scheduling, communications collaboration, and maintaining project status with stakeholders. A degree and five years of technical experience are preferred; PMP certification is a plus.

Formación

• Must have strong coordination and program support skills.
• Five years' technical experience preferred.
• PMP or other project management certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage Organizational Change Management (OCM) projects and programs.
• Serve as liaison with OCM teams, including Communications and Training.
• Schedule training, meetings, and onboarding; ensure space and materials.
• Collaborate with communications to update materials and ensure timely communication.
• Track project status, timelines, and resources; help establish program metrics.
