King Cove Federal LLC is seeking an OCM Analyst to plan, orchestrate, and manage organizational change across the MRO/MRO-S program. You will coordinate with PMs and FMO leaders, develop communications, and drive readiness across sites.

The role requires 1–5 years in change management and strong analytical abilities, with DoD IT change experience as a plus. A collaborative, cross-functional environment and travel may be involved.

Qualifikationen

• 1 to 5 years experience in Change Management, Business Analysis, Communications.
• Experience in Project Management, Training, Transformation Initiatives a strong plus.
• Previous experience implementing and managing OCM for IT systems in the DoD is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with internal and external groups and Project Managers, FMO leaders and teams.
• Support OCM planning for deployment and messaging plans.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and assess change impacts for modernization.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external partners.
• Formulates requirements to transition to future MRO/MRO-S business environment.
• Develops understanding of transition best practices.
• Devises/modifies procedures to solve organizational change problems.
• Analyzes needs, documents findings, publishes reports, and provides expert consultation.
• Support MRO/MRO-S implementation and readiness activities.
• Track/report change-related risks and resistance.
• Measure/report on system adoption, engagement, and outcomes.
