Job summary

TEKFORTUNE INC is seeking an experienced OCM Specialist to lead Organizational Change Management for a SAP transformation project in San Jose, CA. This role focuses on stakeholder adoption, business readiness, and effective communication to ensure sustainable transformation outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of OCM/change management experience.
• Experience in large-scale business/SAP transformation programs.
• Knowledge in Change Management Frameworks (ADKAR, Prosci).
• Experience with change impact and readiness assessments.
• Experience developing communication and training strategies.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
