• Knowledge in Change Management Frameworks (ADKAR, Prosci)
• Experience with change impact and readiness assessments.
• Experience developing communication and training strategies.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute OCM strategy for the transformation program.
• Conduct stakeholder impact and readiness assessments.
• Define communication, engagement, and training strategies.
• Lead executive stakeholder alignment activities.
• Coordinate business communication and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Track change risks, resistance and adoption challenges.
• Define and monitor change KPIs.
• Work with process, SAP and project teams to ensure business readiness.
• Measure user adoption and change effectiveness.
• Drive business readiness and transition planning.
