Job summary

Intone Inc. seeks an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead for a remote contract position focused on large-scale, technology-enabled transformations with strong SAP focus. The assignment runs through August 2027 and requires delivering end-to-end change management for ERP deployments.

You will develop strategies, conduct readiness assessments, manage stakeholder engagement, craft communications, and support governance, training, and adoption metrics across global teams.

Qualifications

• Heavy retail experience from both business and OCM perspectives.
• ERP project implementation experience in retail.
• Proven OCM leadership for large-scale ERP projects.
• Strong SAP platforms knowledge, preferably S/4HANA.
• Expertise in change communications strategy and impact measurement.
• Organizational design and transition planning experience.
• Excellent facilitation and cross-level collaboration skills.
• Ability to collaborate with client, competitor, and consultant teams.

This is a contract position for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead focused on large-scale, technology-enabled business transformations with strong emphasis on SAP implementations. The role is remote and runs through August 2027.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive Organizational Change Management strategies aligned with project goals
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness evaluations
• Perform change impact analysis
• Create and manage change networks and champion programs
• Design and deliver communication plans, executive toolkits, and targeted messaging
• Facilitate leadership alignment and engagement sessions
• Lead enablement efforts and define governance frameworks
• Create or contribute to the creation of training strategies
• Manage change deliverables including readiness assessments, management toolkits, and adoption metrics
• Monitor risks and mitigation plans related to change adoption

Qualifications

• Required
  • Heavy retail experience from both a business and OCM perspective, with ERP project implementation experience
  • Retail project experience inside SAP; if SAP experience is not present, other ERP retail experience is required
  • Proven experience leading Organizational Change Management for large-scale ERP projects
  • Strong knowledge of SAP platforms (S/4HANA preferred) and related business processes
  • Expertise in change communications strategy and impact measurement
  • Organizational design and transition planning experience
  • Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills across all organizational levels
  • Strong collaboration skills working with client, competitor, and complementary consultant teams
• Preferred
  • Participation in 5 or more major business change initiatives involving SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Led more than four large-scale business change initiatives
  • Led or played a major role in more than three large-scale, technology-enabled change initiatives
  • Experience designing and executing OCM strategies for global organizations
