Job summary

Randstad Digital is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead for an enterprise SAP transformation. You will drive change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and impact analysis during the design phase, partnering with program leadership to interview stakeholders, define future-state changes, and craft strategic communications.

The role requires on-site work in Seattle, WA, a Bachelor's degree, and 8+ years in OCM for SAP/ERP projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, organizational psychology, communications, information systems, or related field
• 8+ years leading Organizational Change Management and stakeholder analysis for SAP/ERP implementations
• Experience conducting executive interviews and authoring enterprise Change Impact Assessments
• On-site full-time in Seattle, WA (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to drive our change management strategy, stakeholder engagement, and impact analysis during the design phase of a major enterprise SAP transformation. In this role, you will partner with program leadership to structure stakeholder interview frameworks, define future-state change impacts, and create strategic communication collateral.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the program's Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy, communications planning, and change enablement approach.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of core experience leading Organizational Change Management, stakeholder analysis, and communications for SAP/ERP implementations.
• Demonstrated expertise conducting executive interviews and authoring formal enterprise Change Impact Assessments.
• Must be available to work full-time on-site in Seattle, WA (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prosci, CCMP, or recognized professional OCM certification.
• Experience within large-scale S/4HANA or Finance ERP transformation programs.
• Strong cross-functional alignment capabilities spanning technical, functional, and PMO workstreams.
