Software Resources has an immediate, long term contract opportunity for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support a major enterprise technology transformation. This hybrid role requires 4 days onsite with Fridays remote, spanning a 12+ month contract in Burbank, CA or Seattle, WA, with pay rate $90 - $93.75/hr DOE.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Organizational Change Management practitioner.
• Ability to independently lead change management efforts and hit the ground running.
• Experience leading change initiatives for large-scale programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with technology-focused transformations and implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change management activities for a large-scale technology initiative.
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies related to organizational change.
• Create and deliver OCM artifacts, communications, and adoption materials.
• Partner with project teams, business stakeholders, and end users to drive awareness and readiness.
• Translate complex technical changes into clear, user-friendly messaging and actions.
• Support stakeholder management across multiple business functions and geographic locations.
• Drive user adoption and ensure successful implementation of new processes and technologies.
