Job summary

Role: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead

Location: Orlando, FL, Burbank, CA, or Seattle, WA

Duration: 1+ year Contract

Compensation: $90.00 - 95.00/hr

Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in US

Summary: The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead will support the Help Desk AI initiative, an enterprise-wide technology transformation effort requiring change management planning, stakeholder engagement, user readiness, and adoption activities. The role will work closely with Enterprise Technology leadership to develop and execute change strategies that help employees understand, adopt, and effectively utilize new capabilities.
