Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead to support IT-enabled change across finance, supply chain, and enterprise systems. The role is approximately 70% hands-on delivery and 30% leadership, directing an offshore OCM analyst.

You will develop change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, communications, and training materials, partnering with IT leaders to right-size the solution and help shape a scalable change office for future ERP initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of Organizational Change Management with hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead OCM delivery for multiple enterprise initiatives.
• Produce core OCM deliverables (stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, communications, training plans).
• Direct an offshore OCM analyst and coordinate with US stakeholders.
• Partner with IT leaders and business stakeholders to right-size OCM.
• Improve OCM templates and communications artifacts.
