Job summary

Vertiv is offering an internship with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team to support people-side change for enterprise initiatives including ERP implementations and digital transformations. You will help design change strategies, communications, and adoption plans to ensure changes are embraced and sustained across the IT organization.

Ideal candidates will have background in business, communications, organizational development, or industrial psychology and/or OCM frameworks, and you

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business Administration/Org Development/Industrial Psychology or related field.
• Master’s degree in the above fields (in progress).

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies.
• Assist with org effectiveness framework within IT (employee experience, communications, leadership alignment).
• Assist leadership with presentations, distribution lists, messaging, and collaboration tools.
• Support Design, launch and operation of a Change Management Center of Expertise.
• Align change efforts with HR, Communications, Operations, and other functions.
• Contribute to OCM standards, tools, and continuous improvement.
