Job summary

Vertiv Corporation in Novi, MI is seeking a Project Manager for OCM Communications to lead the design and execution of change communications across IT-led deployments. You will partner with BRMs, IT teams, and leadership to ensure stakeholders are informed, prepared, and engaged throughout the change lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/communications/business or related field.
• 2+ years of IT experience with OCM/deployment.
• Experience in a global organization and with cross-functional/remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute OCM communication plans aligned to project objectives, timelines, and stakeholder needs.
• Establish and manage communication cadence aligned with deployment milestones and leadership expectations.
• Create and manage multi-channel communications, including email campaigns, newsletters, SharePoint and Teams content, leadership presentations.
• Produce high-quality adoption materials such as end-user communications, FAQs, and stakeholder updates.
• Track and report on communication effectiveness and adoption metrics.
