Job summary
Four Seasons Resort Hualālai is seeking a Spa Concierge who shares a passion for excellence and authentic guest service. You will greet guests with Aloha, provide gracious, personalized service, and expertly present spa offerings to meet each guest’s goals.
The role requires familiarity with spa therapies, a strong service mindset, and weekend availability. The position emphasizes teamwork with the Sports Club & Spa, adherence to the Golden Rule, and a daily commitment to delivering memorable
Qualifications
- Three to twelve months of previous Reservations and/or Sales experience required.
- Spa experience is preferred.
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States.
- Ability to accurately read and work with computer systems.
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Availability on weekends is required.
Responsibilities
- Greet all guests with Aloha and provide personal, gracious service at all times.
- Promote, sell, and coordinate spa activities and services with tailored packaging.
- Provide feedback to spa management on guest responses to services to refine the spa menu.
- Handle daily Spa Desk and Apothecary operations in partnership with the Sports Club & Spa ‘ohana.
