This role requires a passion for delivering exceptional guest encounters, knowledge of local attractions, and strong communication and organizational skills in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Previous luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local attractions, dining, and activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized service and handle all guest interactions with professionalism and care.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding resort services, activities, dining, and local attractions.
• Curate tailored recommendations and coordinate reservations, tickets, and unique experiences.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively deliver thoughtful solutions.
• Accurately process guest communications, packages, and requests.
• Collaborate with resort departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
