Four Seasons Resort Hualalai in Hawaii seeks a Concierge to be at the heart of the guest experience, serving as a trusted resource and local expert. You will anticipate guest needs, provide tailored recommendations, and curate personalized experiences on Hawaiʻi Island.

This role requires a passion for delivering exceptional guest encounters, knowledge of local attractions, and strong communication and organizational skills in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Previous luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local attractions, dining, and activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

CONCIERGE
As a Concierge, you will be at the heart of the guest experience—serving as a trusted resource and local expert. You will anticipate guest needs, provide thoughtful recommendations, and curate personalized experiences that reflect the unique spirit of Hawai‘i Island. This role operates in a dynamic, guest-facing environment where attention to detail, local knowledge, and genuine connection define the experience. From arranging bespoke itineraries to fulfilling special requests, you will create seamless, meaningful moments for every guest.
What You’ll Do
