Qualifications

• Must have prior culinary experience in a restaurant.
• Must be flexible with days/hours/holidays.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Able to stand for long durations.
• Able to handle knives and kitchen equipment.
• Able to read and follow recipes.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service (chopping vegetables, butchering meat, sauces).
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen staff.
• Follow Executive or Sous Chef’s instructions.
• Clean up station and manage leftovers.
• Stock inventory appropriately.
• Ensure food comes out high quality, on time, and in sync.
• Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards.
