Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a friendly Ferraro’s Food Runner to assist the Food Server by delivering food from kitchen and handling guest requests. This role supports the Food & Beverage team in a fast-paced, luxury resort environment.

You will inspect orders, help with table setup, and anticipate guest needs while upholding Four Seasons standards. Hawaii Food Handler’s Card and ServSafe within 3 months are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year food & beverage service or related work.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Ability to accurately read food tickets and communicate orders with the kitchen and servers.
• Hawaii Food Handler’s Card
• ServSafe (within 3 months)
• Tuberculosis Clearance

Responsibilities

• Inspect and deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
