Four Seasons Maui seeks a Ferraro's Cook 4 to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner in alignment with production requirements and quality standards. The role supports guest service, ensures a clean, safe workspace, and collaborates with the Food & Beverage division under kitchen management.

Candidates should have at least six months of culinary experience, knife skills and the ability to multitask. Hawaii Food Handler's Card, tuberculosis clearance and ServSafe certification within 3 months are

Responsibilities

Ferraro's Cook 4

Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner, food items per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment . This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division , reporting to the Kitchen Management Team . Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Assistance with guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen using a tray and safely transporting it to guest , as well as removal of items from the guest's table.
• Breakdown, clean and set- up of tables, buffets, and food stations .
• S tock linen, china , silver and glassware for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition .

What You Will Bring
