Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Ferraro's Host to warmly greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and provide guest information in a professional, efficient manner. The role supports the Food & Beverage Division and requires strong hospitality skills and a welcoming demeanor.

The position offers an hourly wage, opportunities for training and career growth within the luxury hotel group, and a dynamic, guest-focused work environment on Maui's iconic coastline.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of food & beverage service or related work.
• Requires knowledge of restaurant operations and hotel services.
• Fluent reading/writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests promptly at a table pre-set for the party size and guest preferences.
• Review reservation book, set up host/hostess station, and assist with room layout planning to meet service standards.
• Answer phones per Four Seasons standards and take reservations or provide information about the restaurant or other hotel services.
