Responsibilities

• Manage profitability, growth and retention of an assigned book of business.
• Underwrite and negotiate customer accounts to minimize risk and maximize profitability.
• Develop agency sales plans and collaborate with internal partners to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Travel to meet agents/brokers to market Travelers products and write/retain accounts within risk appetite.
