You will support operations in the Ocean Import Department, coordinate document flow for customs, and maintain strong customer service relationships with shippers and brokers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or undergraduate degree preferred.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Enter data accurately into the operational system.
• Track and trace Ocean Import files.
• Coordinate timely document transmission for customs purposes.
• Maintain accurate client and vendor billing and accounting compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service for international shipments.
