Job summary

Expeditors is seeking a Domestic Logistics Customer Service Agent in Hawthorne, CA. You will ensure smooth freight flow, accurate data entry, and proactive communication with customers to support domestic shipments within Transcon operations.

The role requires a high school degree, English fluency, and the ability to work overtime. On-site schedule is Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM, with strong emphasis on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to commute to Hawthorne, CA.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Associates or Undergraduate Degree preferred.
• Good computer skills with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Enter data accurately into operating system.
• Track and trace Transcon files.
• Dispatch shipments timely and communicate with customers.
• Maintain relationships with service providers.
• Ensure compliance with OPS and external regulations.
• Meet KPI standards.
