Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day ocean import operations and liaise with Import Manager to meet goals.
• Process Customs Entries and FDA-related entries with accuracy.
• Coordinate entry and break bulk shipments with Sales and Operations.
• Ensure file documentation is complete and accurate.
• Monitor shipments and provide release, payment, and delivery instructions.
