Qualifications

• 3+ years Ocean Import experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Flexible with work schedule.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Good verbal and written communication; proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide departmental support and supervise the Ocean Import staff.
• Supervises and directs Ocean Import staff in procedures.
• Issue freight bills and invoices to brokers; collect unpaid invoices within terms.
• Monitor performance and scheduling of staff.
• Train Ocean Import staff.
• Ensure department complies with policies and regulations.
