Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments from start to finish across international air freight bookings.

• Track shipments and resolve delays or offloads, coordinating the next flight out when needed.
• Liaise with customers, airlines, drivers, and internal teams to keep shipments on schedule.
• Assist drivers and support other operations as needed.
