Goldbelt Global, LLC in Miami, FL is seeking an Operations Associate to run day-to-day transportation and logistics activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of goods. You will manage contract administration, coordinate with carriers, and maintain key customer and partner relationships.

This role requires five+ years in carrier and logistics operations, fluency in English and Spanish, and knowledge of Air/Ocean imports/exports and regional markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in carrier, transportation and logistics operations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (oral and written).
• Experience with Air/Ocean Import-Export and Central/South America markets.
• Knowledge of export regulations and safety/regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage transportation and logistics operations including plans, schedules, and compliance.
• Handle freight flow, inventory, and documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate with carriers to obtain cost-effective rates domestically and internationally.
• Ensure compliance with US regulations and internal policies.
• Process shipment deliverables and update financial and supply chain systems.
• Collect data for RFQs and Proforma Invoices.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
