Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of operational experience, preferably within logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a related environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to learn and navigate operational systems and visibility platforms.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal business partners.
• Lead coordination with customer suppliers and business groups to ensure minimal disruption to export cargo flow.
• Lead weekly virtual meetings with customers and key vendors, including ocean carriers, drayage providers, and shipping sites.
• Analyze operational data and information from internal systems and external sources, providing actionable observations and recommendations—not just numbers.
• Participate in and lead process improvement initiatives designed to increase efficiency and improve business processes.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and support to assist with problem-solving and operational challenges.
• Develop reports, presentations, and graphics for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to add value, improve processes, and introduce new ways of thinking.
• Lead implementation efforts and provide follow-up support for newly onboarded sites and business units.
• Partner with clients to ensure import/export regulatory compliance.
• Support transition management, productivity assessments, pricing and costing decisions, and other operational initiatives.
