Job summary

JAS Worldwide in the United States is seeking an Ocean Export Supervisor to oversee daily operations, coordinate shipments and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

You will lead a small team, monitor KPIs, and partner with the Ocean Export Manager to drive improvements while maintaining high service levels for customers and carriers.

Strong communication and 3+ years of Ocean Export experience required; join a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Ocean Export experience in freight forwarding.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Ocean Export workflow to ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate with Ocean Export Manager on KPIs & process improvements.
• Assist with onboarding and training of team members.
• Ensure compliance with US export regulations and carrier contracts.
• Communicate with customers and authorities as needed.
