Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant required.
• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in good standing to practice.
• One or more years of clinical OTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow the plan of care and adjust treatment based on patient response.
• Implement patient-centered, occupation-based interventions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the care team.
• Educate patients, families, and staff using effective teaching methods.
• Maintain accurate documentation to support clinical decisions.
