• Implements patient-centered, occupation-based interventions; adapts activities to patient needs and environment.
• Collaborates with patient, family, and care team; documents clearly for payers and quality.
• Educates patients, families, caregivers, and other health care providers using effective teaching methods.
• Produces accurate documentation and communicates patient progress to the team and payers.
