Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow the therapist's plan of care and adjust treatment with communication to the evaluating therapist.
• Deliver patient-centered, occupation-based interventions and adapt activities to patient needs.
• Collaborate with patient, family, and care team; educate patients and caregivers.
• Document clearly to support clinical decisions and payer requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement and discharge planning as needed.
