Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Marshfield, Wisconsin, seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a PRN role at Three Oaks Health Services. You will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to deliver individualized care and support patient progress.

This on-site position offers daytime PRN shifts, licensing requirements include state COTA license plus NBCOT certification and OTA program degree.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in OTA program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous COTA experience preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of an OT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
