Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Rib Lake, Wisconsin, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our PRN team.

You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of an OT, document progress, educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs, and collaborate with a caring team to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a COTA preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
