Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for PRN daytime coverage at Riverview Health Services in Tomahawk, WI. You will collaborate with the supervising OT to implement individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
