Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Cedarburg, WI seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join Cedarburg Health Services on a PRN basis. Work with licensed therapists to implement plans, assess progress, and adapt activities to patient needs while enjoying the freedom to schedule around your life.

This role focuses on hands-on rehabilitation, patient education on adaptive equipment, and reporting outcomes to the supervising OT, with daytime PRN shifts in Cedarburg, Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs
