Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our PRN team at Twin Ports Health Services in Superior, WI. You will support OT-led treatment plans and help ensure high-quality patient care with flexible scheduling.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant, an active state COTA license with NBCOT certification, and about 1 year of experience. You will work under the supervision of a licensed OT.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Current COTA license in state; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of COTA experience preferred.
• Implements treatment plans under supervision of an OT.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required

• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist

• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
