Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a PRN daytime role at Menominee Health Services in Menominee, MI. You will join a supportive team and provide patient-centered therapy under supervision of an OT.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in the OTA program, current state COTA license, NBCOT certification, and preferred 1 year of experience. Training and ongoing collaboration with licensed therapists are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
