Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a PRN daytime role at Three Oaks Health Services in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The position offers flexibility while maintaining mentorship and collaboration within the therapy team.

The COTA will implement treatment plans under supervision, document patient progress, and educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs. Prior experience is preferred, and NBCOT certification is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of prior COTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
