Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our care team. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy to help patients regain independence and strength.

You will work under the Director of Rehab, collaborate with other clinicians, and provide compassionate, patient-centered care across skilled nursing, outpatient, and home-based settings. This role emphasizes growth through mentorship and CEU offerings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program per AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients by implementing occupational therapy programs and recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to restore independence and functional abilities.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to support healing.
