Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to implement therapy programs in an in-facility setting. You will follow recovery plans, deliver treatments, and focus on restoring independence for patients across our care sites.

You will work with a supportive rehab team, ensuring compassionate, patient‑centered care while adapting to varied settings. This role includes growth and mentorship opportunities within Powerback's expanding network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.
• Address the whole patient and support independence, restoring and enhancing physical abilities.
• Collaborate with teammates and refer to others to ensure patient care needs are met and optimized.

OTA Program Graduate (AOTA/ ACOTE)

NBOT Certification

Licensed/Eligible for licensure in state of practice
